Arty week

We got to go into the art room this week and we painted fierce lions! Don't they look amazing?

We also shaped clay into Diya pots for Diwali and we collaged rangoli designs. We painted them and we think they look beautiful!

We have been learning about MATARIKI (The Maori New Year Celebration).

ANZAC day paintings

Here are our amazing ANZAC poppy paintings. We learned that poppies help us to remember the soldiers that fought for New Zealand's safety. We are so lucky to be New Zealanders!

Our mini Olympics day

We adopted a country for our PCS Olympics. Guess what country we were...?  We were China! We made a flag and dressed in red and gold to represent China.
