At Have A Go Day, we also learnt some Taekwondo! We had so much fun learning the different skills and using the pads! Don't we all look so fierce!

Today was Have A Go Day! Thanks to the coaches from Counties Manukau Sports who came to help us learn some new sports! We learnt cricket, softball, noodle soccer and rugby! Here we are having a go!

We have had an exciting week in Room 1. We are taking part in the AIA healthy kids initiative where we have gotten a free pedometer. We have to do lots of walking and exercise to keep our step count up! We were so lucky because Gemma Flynn (NZ hockey Olympian) came to visit and do some fitness with us. We also got filmed to be on TV3 news in the weekend.
