Crafty couple of weeks

We have been busy settling into routines and getting used to school!  Here are a few things we have made:

We read a book called "David goes to school" By David Shannon. We had to teach the main character - a boy called David the rules of school and how to be good. 

Here are our Davids and what we taught him.

We made letter C cats for our letter of the week

We also made Ladybirds for maths and valentines day. We had to count how many hearts we used altogether, it was so fun!

Welcome to 2016! We have a new bunch of excited 5 year olds who had their first day of Year 1 today!

We had a blast at MOTAT!

On Friday we went to MOTAT for our Kea team trip and we had such great fun! From the moment we got on the bus to the city,  the children were buzzing with excitment.
